Again, he acts like some global do-good-er not the political leader of a nation that has its own local challenges.

Here we are at home with over extended budgets and looming economic hardship with rank homelessness in most of our cities and towns, and a deterioration in health and other essential services, but he can still put his hands in our pockets to fork out $10B in foreign aid to the rest of the world on clean energy, infrastructure, and other giveaways we can ill afford.

Our money should be used to seed and encourage broad investment in our own infrastructure and industries to support our future productivity, so that we can have a better chance to gain back our ailing prosperity.

I guess he wants to save the planet…. but I am just not sure what planet he is on!
